A product that has been on the market for over 30 years and is making a resurgence again. In common with many fashions from the 50’s and 60’s the large patterned blocks which were frequently used in apartment buildings are making a comeback.
Often called pattern blocks or breeze blocks, screen wall blocks are now commonly used by architects, landscape designers and renovators as an attractive, easy to install and very long lasting solution that adds value to any project, indoor and outdoor.
Architects are taking particular interest in and are using the patterned blocks for feature walls, privacy screens and garages. One architect has been quoted as stating “They are perfect, they make the space secure, they provide ventilation and let in light. They look good!”
